Our pillows and slipcovers are made from fabrics sourced from around the world. Once the fabrics have been sourced, we deliver them to our skilled artisans in Mexico to create our beautiful pillows and headboard slipcovers.
Our linen products are pre-laundered and tumbled dry at the mill for softness. This linen is produced in small batches sourced from makers with a strong tradition of spinning and weaving linen fabric.
Our Otomi fabrics are hand embroidered in Mexico. Each piece is painstakingly drawn out and hand stitched to an intricate design. We cut and sew our Otomi products out of large (2m square) embroidered textile scenes rather than individually stitched small pieces. This method makes each piece beautifully unique.
Our furniture frames are constructed out of solid Alder wood and upholstered with heavy duty Performance fabric that has the look of linen.

Sustainability
Sustainability
Linen is made from flax which is a native plant to northern Europe. The Flax plant respects the land and surrounding wildlife; it protects soil and water resources as it needs only rain water to grow and uses very little fertilizer or pesticides. In flax production, nothing is wasted. Every part of the plant is used to create linseed oil, paper, cattle feed or soap.
The alder tree is one of the most environmentally beneficial trees that can be used for construction. Therefore, the use of Alder wood is growing in popularity. Alder trees grow quickly and respond very well to forestry development and management. Unlike some species of valuable trees used in furniture manufacturing, Alder tree stumps will regrow on their own. The roots of an Alder tree stay alive in the ground, consequently helping to prevent soil erosion.

Our slipcovers and pillows are made from pre-washed European linen that embodies incredible softness and a luxurious texture. Each piece is handcrafted with impeccable attention to detail. Our flanged seams not only make a unique aesthetic statement, but our sewing process makes each seam extra strong and durable. The unique zipper placement eases installation while supporting the look, quality and feel of the overall product.
The headboard legs are made of beautiful Alder wood. The unfinished wood legs can be stained, painted or left natural depending on the look of your home.
Care
Care
Linen fabric: Dry clean or handwash with warm water using a non-bio detergent. Shake out and dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use it the fibers relax again.
Hand stitched Otomi: Dry clean only
Performance upholstery fabric: Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or mild cleaning solvent. Pretest a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not saturate.
