Shipping Policy

All orders of in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Headboards: We offer $100 flat rate shipping in the USA.

  • Do you accept returns? Our products are made to order therefore we are unable to accept returns unless something arrives damaged. We describe and photograph in detail and highly encourage customers to order swatches before placing an order. If you need more information to make a decision please email us at info@vaycance.com.   • What if my product is damaged? If your product arrives damaged please photograph the product damage along with any damage to the shipping box. Send the photos to info@vaycance.com along with your order # within 14 days so we can arrange for the return shipping. A replacement will be shipped out once we receive the damaged goods (subject to availability)

  • What if my product is lost in the mail? All our products are insured with our shipping partners. If you do not receive your product please contact us at info@vaycance.com and we will send you the necessary claim forms for you to complete and submit to the shipping company for reimbursement.
